About The Position

PowerPak is a B2B distributor of civil and safety supplies serving contractors, municipalities, and utility contractors. The Account Manager owns a defined portfolio of customers and grows it through outbound engagement, discovery, and category expansion. This is a proactive sales role focused on increasing customer order frequency, product mix, and share of wallet—not simply processing orders. The role involves a structured daily sales routine, including a key outbound calling block from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, completing 50 or more calls and 13 substantive conversations with decision-makers each day, and sending quotes within 30 minutes of an inquiry. A Business Development Manager provides coaching through daily huddles and weekly strategy sessions. The position is fully on-site in Congers, New York, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Extended hours may be required during peak season. Compensation is a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus uncapped performance-based commission, with first-year on-target earnings of $120,000. PowerPak describes itself as a Great Place to Work certified employer and emphasizes putting people first.
