About the position
Conductor is a leading SEO platform that helps businesses accelerate organic traffic and revenue growth. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to expand their Customer Success Department. The Account Manager will serve as the first point of contact for key European clients, ensuring optimal customer experience and driving up- and cross-selling opportunities to minimize churn rate. The role also involves building long-term strategic relationships with clients, negotiating individual contracts, and collaborating with various departments to maximize customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for a portion of the company's key European existing customers
- Guide customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from contract signing to ongoing support
- Ensure optimal customer experience and minimize churn rate through tailored up-selling and cross-selling
- Build long-term strategic relationships with customers and negotiate individual contracts
- Provide consultation to customers on product benefits and assist in the strategic growth of their accounts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, client success management, product management, and professional services teams to maximize customer experience
- Hold a degree or have relevant work experience
- Have at least 5 years of account management experience, including experience in building long-term customer relationships and negotiating contracts with C-level decision-makers
- Possess experience in online marketing and SaaS, as well as with complex products
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Account Management, inklusive Erfahrung im Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen, Verhandlungen von Individualverträgen mit Entscheidern auf C-Level Ebene und gewohnter erfolgreicher Umgang mit Quartalszielen
- Erfahrung im Online Marketing, Erfahrung im SaaS und erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte
