About the position
The Customer Digital Lifecycle Manager at Conductor is responsible for creating and executing digital programs to drive customer adoption and engagement with Conductor's platforms. This role involves developing one-to-many engagement programs, analyzing customer data to optimize program effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing data-driven insights and marketing automation tools to personalize customer experiences. The Customer Digital Lifecycle Manager will also monitor customer engagement metrics, conduct A/B tests, and stay up-to-date with digital customer success trends. The ideal candidate has experience in growth marketing or digital customer success, strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation platforms, and excellent project management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital programs to drive customer adoption of Conductor's platforms
- Create one-to-many engagement programs based on customer behavior and interaction data
- Craft compelling and focused material to help users achieve results
- Create email campaigns, in-app guides, webinars, knowledge base articles, and other supportive materials
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for program optimization and improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with various teams to design and execute effective digital campaigns and initiatives
- Lead the development of personalized customer experiences using data-driven insights and marketing automation tools
- Monitor customer engagement metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize customer touchpoints
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven recommendations
- Develop and maintain user segmentation and targeting strategies
- Contribute to the overall plan for incorporating one-to-many touchpoints into the customer journey
- Lead initiatives to source additional content from subject matter experts
- Stay up-to-date with B2B SaaS digital customer success trends and best practices
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital customer success, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- Prior experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and customer engagement optimization techniques
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journey mapping
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using data and insights to inform strategies and tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital customer success, value consulting, or other roles with a focus on creating content to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration in related field and or relevant experience.
- Prior experience working at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer lifecycle management strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and other customer engagement optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing along with strong understanding of customer journey mapping and optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Technical writing skills are a plus!
- Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas and strategies, with hands-on experience using related tools (e.g. Excel, relational databases/SQL, Tableau, etc.)
