About the position
The Account Manager is responsible for servicing customer accounts and relationships, overseeing all aspects of campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to deliver customer service and solutions. They play a crucial role in recommending and implementing strategies for client product needs, educating customers about the DoubleVerify product suite, and driving ongoing client success. The Account Manager also focuses on customer retention, identifying potential churn risks, and providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or account management in the online advertising industry and possesses strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of customer accounts and relationships
- Manage campaigns from kick-off to billing
- Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Recommend and implement strategies for client product needs
- Educate customers about DoubleVerify product suite
- Establish contact reports and conduct strategic conversations with clients
- Execute and maintain Strategic Account Plan for top tier advertisers
- Stay updated on industry and client news for top tier clients
- Identify common questions, trends, and challenges and develop action plans
- Identify potential churn risks and escalate to appropriate salesperson and manager
- Perform monthly audit of book of business and present to manager
- Clean-up AM dashboard on a weekly basis
- Upload client-related documents in Salesforce
- Complete internal tracker and status documents within designated timeframes
- Provide regular updates to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- 4+ years of overall work experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management in the online advertising industry
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, or similar industry.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
- Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Direct experience working at one or more of the following: advertising agency, publisher
