About the position

DV is seeking a strategic Client Analytics Lead to join their Analytics team. The role involves working closely with various teams to support a blue-chip client roster and provide strategic reporting and analytics deliverables. The Client Analytics Lead will be responsible for client-facing communication and presentations, as well as identifying data stories that showcase the value of DV services. Additionally, they will contribute to knowledge sharing within the company and help use data to upsell and increase client stickiness. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in an analytical capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic reporting and analytics deliverables for specific top DV accounts
  • Client facing in communication and presentations
  • Provide strategic insights for quarterly business reviews, monthly campaign analysis and other sales and client support activities
  • Identify data stories that showcase the value of DV services for clients and prospects
  • Build and present ROI models supporting our value analyses
  • Pull raw data from various sources (database query and/or various UIs) for ad hoc and regular analyses; translate raw data into usable takeaways and actionable insights
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing within the company including proactively identifying case studies and trends
  • Add value to account relationships and help use data to upsell and increase client stickiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, information technology, computer science, business, or marketing
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an analytical capacity (research, data & analytics, or insights preferred)
  • Minimum 4-year experience in client-facing communication and presentations
  • Strong ability to find stories in data and provide strategic insights
  • Proficient in pulling raw data from various sources and translating it into usable takeaways and actionable insights
  • Experience in building and presenting ROI models
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and trends
  • Ability to contribute to knowledge sharing within the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to add value to account relationships
  • Proven ability to use data to upsell and increase client stickiness
