About the position

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing all aspects related to their accounts. They work closely with sales, implementation, product management, engineering, and finance teams to provide high-level customer service and solutions. The Account Manager advises and implements strategies to meet customer product needs and educates them on the suite of DoubleVerify products. They proactively manage daily relationships with assigned agency and/or network partners, provide strategic and tactical customer service, and ensure the quality of services and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsabile della gestione proattiva delle relazioni quotidiane con l'agenzia e/o con le Network partner degli account assegnati.
  • Fornire un servizio clienti strategico e tattico a una clientela complessa e di alto livello.
  • Supervisionare in modo proattivo il portfolio assegnato, identificando le opportunità di crescita e il potenziale di upselling all'interno della base clienti esistente.
  • Gestire in maniera pratica i processi aziendali dei clienti, inclusi – ma non solo – onboarding e implementazione, reporting, correzione proattiva e fatturazione.
  • Garantire la qualità dei servizi e delle soluzioni, inclusa la risoluzione soddisfacente di tutte le richieste di assistenza e il troubleshooting di problemi relativi a reportistica, ad serving o dati.
  • Facilitare e garantire che il processo di fatturazione amministrato con qualità e in modo tempestivo.
  • Comprendere e comunicare in modo efficace la proposta di valore, la tecnologia e le partnership di DoubleVerify in relazione alla crescita degli account dei clienti attuali e potenziali.
  • Gestire con successo le aspettative dei clienti durante l'intero ciclo di vita delle campagne.
  • Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide e attive con i clienti sia a livello senior che mid-management.
  • Facilitare le relazioni a volte complicate tra advertisers, agenzie, network, publisher e partner tecnologici di terze parti.
  • Partecipare alle riunioni con i clienti per comprendere gli scopi e gli obiettivi dei partner.
  • Gestire e/o partecipare a iniziative di miglioramento dei processi in corso.
  • Chiudere il ciclo di feedback internamente fornendo ai clienti informazioni utili sui modi.

Requirements

  • Esperienza precedente come Account Manager o in un ruolo simile
  • Capacità di gestire relazioni con i clienti e di fornire un servizio clienti strategico e tattico
  • Conoscenza dei processi aziendali dei clienti, inclusi onboarding, implementazione, reporting e fatturazione
  • Capacità di risolvere problemi relativi a reportistica, ad serving o dati
  • Competenza nella gestione delle aspettative dei clienti durante l'intero ciclo di vita delle campagne
  • Capacità di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni solide con i clienti
  • Conoscenza del settore della pubblicità digitale e delle tecnologie correlate
