Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering management / Tech leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience with backend development
- Experience in leading and managing a team of talented backend engineers
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle tough architecture and performance problems
- Familiarity with building common infrastructure, frameworks, and tools to boost productivity and development experience
- Knowledge of new technologies and ability to introduce and incorporate them into the development flow
- Versatile and hands-on manager with a "getting-things-done" attitude
