About The Position

ElevenLabs is hiring an Account Manager Lead to lead its Corporate Account Management team, serving a high-volume post-sales segment. The role combines people leadership, strategic direction, and direct customer engagement to improve post-sales outcomes and deliver measurable value across a large portfolio of accounts. It is a revenue-critical position focused on scaling the Corporate segment as the business grows. The lead owns team performance across quota, retention, expansion, and cross-sell goals. They will develop repeatable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption; embed AI agents and automation into account-management workflows; and build AI fluency across the team. The role also sets direction for Corporate segmentation and staffing, partners with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership, and represents customer perspectives in leadership discussions about product roadmaps, tooling, and revenue strategy. The position is remote-first and can be performed from anywhere in the U.S., provided the employee can work across GMT-4 to GMT-7 time zones. New York and San Francisco are preferred, but not required.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS; meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional, or corporate-segment books of business is ideal.
  • Proven record of owning and exceeding revenue targets, including renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, and cross-sell.
  • At least 2 years of direct people leadership experience managing AMs or CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement.
  • Ability and passion to build a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
  • Deep AI fluency: daily use of AI tools, understanding of AI agents and automation, and readiness to lead a substantial change in how work is designed and executed.
  • Strong player-coach mindset and comfort managing accounts directly while leading others.
  • Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices, such as success planning, adoption frameworks, and ROI storytelling, adapted to a high-volume, scaled motion.
  • Strategic operational thinking, including sound judgment on segmentation, playbook design, and processes as account volume grows.
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, including using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, or Sigma.
  • Ability to improve data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
  • Based in New York or San Francisco, where the employee can work from an ElevenLabs office.

  • Design and implement scalable, repeatable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption across hundreds of accounts.
  • Embed AI agents and automation into account-management workflows to support growing account volume without relying solely on increased headcount.
  • Promote AI fluency by setting expectations, building team capability, and encouraging experimentation with and adoption of AI-powered approaches.
  • Set strategic direction for Corporate segment structure and staffing as the business scales, in partnership with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions and influence roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
