About the position

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Account Managers on various accounts
- Manage customer relationships and drive commercial growth for accounts
- Focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn
- Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts and meet strategic and financial targets
- Prioritize and manage short and long term projects across multiple accounts
- Analyze data and engage in technical discussions about payments
- Serve as a feedback loop for customers internally
- Engage and develop strong working relationships with customers
- Network and lead customer meetings in person, over the phone, or online
- Learn about various aspects of the payments industry
- Identify commercial opportunities and drive commercial discussions with customers
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and seek ways to work efficiently
