Account Manager

• Collaborate with other Account Managers on various accounts
• Manage customer relationships and drive commercial growth for accounts
• Focus on commercial growth, customer satisfaction, and reducing churn
• Drive commercial discussions for joint accounts and meet strategic and financial targets
• Prioritize and manage short and long term projects across multiple accounts
• Analyze data and engage in technical discussions about payments
• Serve as a feedback loop for customers internally
