Business Analyst, Merchant Finance & Treasury

As a Business Analyst in the Merchant Finance and Treasury team at Adyen, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business and handling complex daily problems. Your responsibilities will range from improving internal processes to managing project lifecycles and partnering with technical teams to automate processes. You will also build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective management and communication of progress. With 2-4 years of work experience and excellent analytical skills, you will contribute to Adyen's continued business growth in a scalable and controlled way.

• Improve internal daily processes to help scale the business
• Manage project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring operational teams are prepared to support growth and new financial services
• Partner with technical teams to design and automate processes, implement controls and monitoring
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders for effective management and communication of progress

• 2-4 years work experience with setting-up complex (ideally technical) projects with multiple stakeholders (particularly technical teams like Product, Data, Engineering teams)
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate detailed requirements into business solutions
• Experience with process improvement
