About The Position
J Rose Logistics provides expedited freight transportation services for shipping and delivery on critical loads throughout the continental US. Requirements
- Must have 6 months of Class A experience in the last 12 months.
- New drivers are accepted but must be willing to do 4-6 weeks Over-The-Road (OTR) before transitioning to local routes.
- Accidents, violations, and criminal history will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Must live within 25 miles of Troutdale.
Responsibilities
- Operate a CDL-A truck for local intermodal routes.
- Handle no-touch freight, with 80% of shipments within a 1-40 mile radius.
- Perform drop and hook operations.
- Cross into Oregon as needed, while remaining home daily.
- Utilize slip seats.
- Complete an average of two stops per load.
