Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for a high energy, positive attitude, team-minded Lead Truck Driver to join our team! This position is essential for the success of our retail store operation. The ideal candidate will support our core values of respect, excellence and integrity with a focus on great customer service. Requirements
- Industrial truck driving ability and must pass a Department of Transportation medical examination and maintain a valid DOT medical card while operating a company truck.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable for company-provided insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

- Goodwill prohibits minors (under the age of 18) to operate equipment such as balers, compactors, and forklifts in accordance with the child labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Assists in providing direction and modeling of job duties to other Truck Drivers.
- Assists in loading and unloading of trucks.
- Packages and bundles material for transporting
- Drives company-owned trucks to various locations.
- Operates textile baler and tow motor/forklift after equipment training is received, if applicable.
- Follows all safety procedures and corrects safety issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
