About The Position

Become a Key Player as a Put Away Driver — Reach Truck Operator. You will move received pallets into system-directed rack locations to keep inventory flowing and support on-time fulfillment. You will work onsite in a day-shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM) and coordinate with dock, picking, and replenishment teams to maintain accuracy and throughput.

Requirements

  • Verifiable, recent reach truck experience
  • Prior put-away experience in a WMS-directed facility
  • Strong accuracy discipline and consistent attendance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass a written equipment assessment before being scheduled to start
  • Pass a hands-on reach truck certification with the site trainer on your first day onsite
  • Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest, enclosed-toe shoes, badge access, and adherence to GFSI food-safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Operate a reach truck to put away received pallets into WMS-directed locations
  • Scan and confirm location accuracy on every put-away
  • Verify pallet integrity before placing at height and rebuild unstable pallets
  • Support outbound picking and replenishment during volume shifts
  • Complete daily pre-use equipment inspections and report defects
