About The Position

Surge is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a warehouse and distribution facility in Pooler, Georgia. The role involves operating a reach truck to move, lift, transport, and organize inventory while maintaining a safe and efficient workflow. Multiple openings are available across day, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Available schedules are: 1st shift, Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM (four days per week); 2nd shift, Tuesday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–5:00 AM (three days per week); and weekend shift, Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM (three days per week). Pay is $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Recent hands-on reach truck operating experience is required.
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to move, lift, and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, and organize inventory in designated storage locations.
• Safely maneuver equipment through warehouse aisles and storage areas.
• Pull, stage, and replenish products as needed.
• Verify product locations and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
