About The Position

Capstone is hiring a Reach Truck Operator in Braselton, Georgia. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. to finish, and the pay rate is $18.50 per hour. The operator selects products throughout the warehouse using equipment that may include single- or double-electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, or forklifts. The role also involves using VoCollect, RF scan guns, or manual tickets, and performing other duties assigned by site leadership. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack.
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
Able to make independent decisions as needed to accomplish tasks.
Flexible work schedule to accommodate changing operational needs.
Able to provide accurate data entry and handle administrative tasks as assigned.
Able to sit or stand for periods in an office and warehouse environment, including on concrete flooring and in changing temperatures.
Able to walk throughout the warehouse during the shift.

Responsibilities
