About The Position

Operate an industrial reach truck or high-lift forklift to perform warehouse material-handling assignments. Identify and transport materials between storage areas and the loading dock, place received products in storage slots, and replenish pick slots from reserve slots. Work safely and maintain equipment and warehouse cleanliness. The posting describes a night-shift schedule of Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 3:45 p.m. and continuing until work is complete, including holidays. Finish times vary and may require overtime. The training base rate is $24.29 to $38.27 per hour; after training, pay includes an incentive-based component determined by productivity metrics such as cases scanned per hour.

Requirements

Job-related certification for material handling equipment.
Ability to read and write legibly.
Basic mathematics skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to understand Voxware commands.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior Selector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport pallet loads from the dock to the correct warehouse slots using powered industrial equipment, placing pallets securely to prevent damage or injury.
Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory for night-shift selection.
Operate and maintain reach trucks, keeping them clean and in optimal operating condition.
Perform operations and safety checks, including checks of the battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
Record product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
Wipe down reach trucks and other equipment at the end of the shift.
Maintain aisle cleanliness by removing debris from floors and racks.
Follow safety policies and practices.
