About The Position

Operate an industrial reach truck or high-lift to perform material-handling assignments, moving materials between storage areas and the loading dock. Lower stock from reserve slots to pick-level slots and place received stock in higher-level storage locations, using safe operating practices. The role supports warehouse inventory and selection operations across night and day shifts. The stated schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, beginning at 3:45 p.m. and continuing until work is complete, including holidays. Finish times vary and may require overtime. The training base rate is $24.29 to $38.27 per hour; after training, compensation includes an incentive-based component determined by productivity metrics such as cases scanned per hour.

Requirements

Able to read and write legibly.
Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Able to understand Voxware commands.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Job-related certification for material handling equipment.
Prior Selector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport pallet loads from the dock to the correct warehouse slot using powered industrial equipment, placing pallets securely to prevent damage or injury.
Replenish pick slots with product from reserve slots to maintain inventory for night-shift selection.
Operate and maintain reach trucks, keeping them clean and in good operating condition.
Perform equipment and safety checks, including checks of the battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
Record product, equipment, and warehouse damage.
Clean reach trucks and other equipment at the end of the shift.
Maintain aisle cleanliness by removing debris from floors and racks.
Follow safety policies and practices.
