About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Box Truck Driver for our Cleveland location. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting fresh produce from our warehouse to local customers, retailers, and distribution centers. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (frequent local travel required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a box truck to deliver produce to assigned locations
- Load and unload produce, ensuring proper handling to maintain quality
- Verify delivery accuracy with invoices and customer orders
- Maintain delivery logs, vehicle inspection reports, and other required documentation
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse staff regarding schedules and delivery updates
- Assist with general warehouse duties when needed (loading, organizing pallets, etc.)
