About The Position
This role is for a Home-Based Travel Advisor, open to candidates from the US or Latin America. The advisor will help clients plan various trips, including mountain and beach escapes, adventure tours, luxury cruises, and family vacations, all from the comfort of their home. The company provides tools, training, and support for both seasoned professionals and newcomers to the travel industry, enabling them to thrive in this rewarding career.
Requirements
- A genuine love for travel and helping others explore the world
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Basic computer skills and internet access
- Willingness to complete training and certification (provided)
Nice To Haves
- Prior travel industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and activities
- Book and manage travel arrangements using preferred supplier platforms
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Stay up to date on travel trends, promotions, and safety protocols
- Build long-term client relationships
