• High School Diploma or GED required
• CPR Certification required
• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance and career growth.
• Oversee personal training programs to ensure a world-class fitness experience for every client.
• Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance to consistently exceed goals.
• Foster relationships with members, actively promote personal training services, and cultivate a strong fitness community.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a clean and safe training environment, and optimize scheduling efficiency.
