Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing and/or assembly equipment.
  • 4+ years of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting PLCs.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Associates degree is preferred.
  • Technical Associates degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on assembly equipment.
  • Repair and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley/Omron/Siemens PLCs.
  • Handle scheduled preventative maintenance and unplanned emergency repairs.
  • Guide any subcontractors brought in to handle specific types of maintenance.
  • Propose preventative maintenance opportunities to the Maintenance Manager.
