About The Position

Above and Beyond Therapy is looking to hire qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Requirements

  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
  • Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
  • The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
  • Valid state identification card
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Spanish speaking Required
  • RBT Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
  • Data collection and session note submission
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors
  • Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
  • Commute from each location with a vehicle and valid driver's license and be prompt to appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
