About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive services in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification preferred
- Previous experience in automotive service or repair is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle status
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery
