About The Position
The Malvern School is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented Floating Assistant Teacher with a passion for Early Childhood Education to join their team at The Malvern School of King of Prussia. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The role involves assisting in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program, maintaining a safe, healthy, and educational environment, and communicating regularly with parents.
Requirements
- High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility

Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
- Maintains a safe, healthy and educational environment for the class.
- Communicates regularly with parents, in person and through the use of technology, meeting (or exceeding) parent expectations.
