About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree related to the construction industry
• 5 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to healthcare projects in excess of $20 million
• willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%)

Responsibilities

• developing, maintaining, updating, distributing, and managing estimates
• observing and monitoring the performance of the Superintendent
• overseeing change orders and the billing process
• supervising subcontractor performance
• ensuring the project meets quality and performance specifications and regulatory requirements
• managing the start-up of the project
• reviewing costs against estimates for each total project
• updating labor productivity reports
