About The Position
The Utility Stocker is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing pots, pans, utensils, and equipment. Assists with bussing tables and supports overall restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Must be able to understand and speak English
- Must be able to follow and understand directions
Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning and washing all kitchen equipment, pots, and pans
- Cleans, washes, and inspects all dishware, silverware, and glasses
- Responsible for taking out kitchen trash, including grease and food particles from garbage disposals
- Responsible for cleaning walls, doors, ceiling, and floors in the kitchen and restaurant areas
- Adheres to all food safety and handling set by the Nebraska Department of Health
- Maintains friendly, professional, and polite demeanor with all employees and guests
- Other duties as assigned
