About The Position
Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Engineer in Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days/week). The role involves building scalable backend services in Python, migrating legacy Java/Spring Boot projects, integrating with Databricks, and enabling secure AI-driven frameworks.
Requirements
- 3–5 years backend development experience.
- Strong Python stack expertise (APIs, ingestion, Databricks).
- Solid Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Security knowledge.
- Deep Java 17+ understanding (functional programming, multithreading, JVM tuning).
- Hands-on Databricks experience.
- Exposure to AI frameworks & guardrails.
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Build scalable backend services using Python; support Java 17+ & Spring Boot migration.
- Data Integration: Design & maintain pipelines with Databricks.
- Security First: Implement OAuth2, OIDC for secure authentication/authorization.
- AI Tooling: Create backend frameworks enabling Agentic AI tools & APIs.
- Data Persistence: Optimize DB schemas with Python; understand Spring Data JPA/Hibernate flows.
- Hybrid Engineering: Convert legacy Java code into Python.
