About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• You bring lots of energy and a personality that kids just love to be around
• Being physically active, punctual, and organized is part of life
• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
• Demonstrates a history of integrity, doing what is right even when nobody is looking
• Always having a positive attitude
• Willingness to be silly (even at the expense of embarrassing yourself)
• Lots of patience

Nice To Haves

• Some college education
• Prior experience working with children (as a teacher, nanny, daycare, youth leader, or camp leader)

Responsibilities

• Lead children in fun and educational activities
• Ensure safety and enrichment for all children
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use an encouraging and creative approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
