About The Position
Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required! This role involves leading fun, safe classes focused on motor skills and character development, engaging each child individually, and managing equipment and class rosters. Coaches are expected to attend team meetings and trainings, provide post-session feedback, and use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful.
Requirements

- Safety conscious
- No soccer experience is required
Responsibilities
- Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (30–45 minutes)
- Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development
- Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment
- Engage each child individually during class
- Manage equipment and class roster
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Provide post-session feedback
- Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful
