About The Position
Carolina International Trucks, Inc. is seeking a Porter to support the maintenance of our Greer SC facility. The candidate would be responsible for managing our properties cleanliness and orderliness, this includes all external facility area and service shop. The candidate will also support ensuring the premises' safety, operating tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Works closely with Service Manager and Service Advisors.
- Full Time, Hourly paid structure
- Carolina CDL-A or CDL-B Driver's License REQUIRED
Nice To Haves
- Forklift Certified, not required but a plus
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Support Mechanics.
- Sweeps, shovels or vacuums loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and removes containers from work areas.
- Other tasks as assigned.
