Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
  • Basic English skills preferred.
  • Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
  • Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels’ standards.
  • Replace linens, amenities, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Organize cleaning carts and linen closets, ensuring supplies are stocked and used properly.
  • Report lost items, suspicious behavior, and any irregularities to supervisors.
  • Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
  • Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
  • Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that enhance satisfaction.
  • Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures for chemical use and emergency situations.
  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
