Requirements

  • Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
  • Twelve (12) months prior hands-on nursing experience required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide homecare to children and adults.
  • Achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Deliver care with heartfelt compassion and empathy.
  • Work with patients reliant on Vent in Novato.
  • Perform electronic documentation using a tablet in the patient's home.
