About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with both licensed and unlicensed caregivers to deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. RNs practice in a clinical environment overseen by Nurse Managers and are supported by a governance model that emphasizes shared decision-making. This role is anchored in evidence-based practices and research to ensure the highest standard of nursing care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure as required by the state of practice.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to apply the Scope of Practice and the Code of Ethics Standards established by the American Nurses Association.
• Demonstrated commitment to the Wellstar Values and excellence in patient care.
