Requirements
- Associate degree in nursing
- 2 plus years of RN experience in Home Health or Hospice preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Active Indiana RN license
- Experience with Homecare Homebase and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel within the coverage area
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care services and clinical staff
- Review and approve plans of care and physician orders
- Ensure timely start of care and regulatory compliance
- Conduct OASIS reviews and support quality improvement
- Coach and mentor field clinicians
- Partner with the Branch Director on performance metrics
- Support hiring and team growth
