About The Position

Valley View hospital is looking for a Nurse Leader to step into an Outpatient setting to utilize their clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the practice. This is a working supervisor position, so this role will be providing direct patient care as necessary to help the team. May involve occasional travel to outreach clinics. Great Schedule - Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays!

Requirements

Current Colorado RN license (DORA); or eligibility to obtain.
2 years post graduate experience as an RN.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

2 years supervisory experience in a direct-line supervisory position preferred.
Substantial work exposure to ambulatory care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of a physician practice
Oversee clinical staff members
Be responsible for clinical staff training, monitoring and maintaining clinical staff competencies
Monitoring clinical integration
Support physician schedules
Ensure efficient patient flow through the practice
Providing direct patient care as necessary to help the team
Occasional travel to outreach clinics
