About The Position
Human Touch Home Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Infusion Nurse to provide skilled infusion services throughout the Lehigh Valley area, including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Emmaus, Macungie, and surrounding communities. This is a flexible per diem opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license
- Recent infusion nursing experience required
- Strong IV insertion and vascular access skills
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent clinical judgment and documentation skills
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer IV infusions, injections, and specialty medications in patients’ homes
- Start and maintain peripheral IVs and central lines (PICC, Port, and other vascular access devices)
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide patient education
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
