About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Asset Protection experience performing equal or similar functions.
• Ability to direct and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Effectively supervise 6–12 RCIs in assigned markets.
• Participate in periodic performance reviews of RCI team members.
• Manage complex organized theft and fraud investigations, including monitoring independent shops, flea markets, and social media for Weis stolen products.
• Assist the District AP Manager with RCI recruitment, interviewing, and hiring.
• Train RCIs, manage schedules, review cases, and oversee performance metrics.
• Manage and prioritize RCI time and schedules to meet business needs and theft trends.
• Coordinate blitzes with the RCI team and host regional RCI conference calls as needed.
• Drive self-scan investigations, approve prosecutions, and ensure cases are resolved per company guidelines.
