About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health and Home Hospice role. This position offers a mixed caseload of home health and hospice patients and is ideal for an RN who enjoys building strong patient relationships and working independently in the field. This is a field-based position seeing home health and hospice patients, where you will provide skilled nursing care in the home setting. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team, and have the opportunity for meaningful one-on-one patient care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NH
