About The Position
C² Technologies seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the overall quality of products and materials. The role involves ensuring that products meet usability standards, function properly across delivery platforms, and comply with government policies regarding PII and accessibility. This is an onsite or hybrid position. Summary: The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and testing training products, maintaining records of product versions, and ensuring that products meet quality and usability standards across all platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated experience in testing training products for functionality and usability.
- Proficiency in copyediting, proofreading, and applying style guides.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SCORM and learning management systems.
- Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
- Experience working with change and version control systems.
Responsibilities
- Test products for functionality and usability across platforms.
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 and PII handling standards.
- Work with design teams to address usability and functionality issues early in development.
