Requirements

  • Current CA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) License required.
  • CPR/BLS Certification required.
  • Valid California Driver License required.
  • Reliable Transportation and auto insurance required.

Nice To Haves

  • One year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant desired.
  • Entry level ok, no prior home health experience required.
  • Advanced computer system knowledge.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish, English/Tagalog, English/Armenian) a plus.
  • Associate degree (Preferred).
  • 1 year of Home Health experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy assistance in a home health setting.
  • Conduct patient visits as per schedule (e.g., 24 RVEs per week for benefited positions, 18 RVEs for part-time, 6 visits for per diem).
  • Ensure reliable transportation and possess a valid California Driver License and auto insurance.
  • Utilize provided PPE.
