About The Position

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
• Licensed Architect
• 12+ years of relevant architectural experience
• Leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong background in the design and delivery of projects of varying scale and complexity
• Strong technical leadership
• Project documentation expertise
• Revit expertise
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Affinity software
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and play an active role in shaping the growth of an office or practice area
• Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that support the design process
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and colleagues
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients

• Play a significant role in the Austin office.
• Shape meaningful Higher Education, Student Housing, Science & Technology and Historic Preservation projects.
• Help grow one of the firm’s most strategic markets.
• Work directly with clients.
• Mentor emerging professionals.
• Influence office culture.
• Guide the future of our Texas practice.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Lead project teams and play an active role in shaping the growth of an office or practice area.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships.
