About The Position

Our Austin office is seeking a licensed Project Architect/Project Manager to play a significant role in our office. This is an opportunity to shape meaningful Higher Education, Student Housing, Science & Technology and Historic Preservation projects while helping grow one of the firm’s most strategic markets. You’ll work directly with clients, mentor emerging professionals, influence office culture and help guide the future of our Texas practice. Our Austin office combines the agility of a growing office with the resources and technical depth of a multi-office national practice.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
  • Licensed Architect
  • 12+ years of relevant architectural experience
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary project teams
  • Strong background in the design and delivery of projects of varying scale and complexity
  • Strong technical leadership
  • Project documentation expertise
  • Revit expertise
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Affinity software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and play an active role in shaping the growth of an office or practice area
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills that support the design process
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and colleagues
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients
