Project manage daily operations of one or more supply chain projects and coordinate product selection, deliveries, and subcontractor installations with internal SourceBlue teams. This role involves participating in discussions with SourceBlue and Turner Business Unit (BU) Business Development (BD) teams and project leadership about client prospects to secure SourceBlue (SB) business opportunities. It also supports the technical sales effort for BU Business Development/Pre-Construction, including client presentations, reviewing packages, package estimates, and scheduling. The position requires partnering with SB Preconstruction teams to assess logistics for estimating products and maintaining compliance with purchasing and risk management policies and procedures. The Project Manager will develop project-specific scopes of work for product vendors, analyze vendor bids, solicit vendor product pricing, and manage the bid process and vendor awards. Coordination with project teams and subcontractors, managing vendor submittals, factory testing, product delivery, equipment start-up, owner training, warranties, and record documents are key responsibilities. Additionally, the role involves managing project budgets, financial reporting, and the vendor payment application process.
