About The Position

The Project Manager - Supply Chain is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support organizational objectives and strategic initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful project outcomes while promoting continuous improvement and project management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in a corporate supply chain or warehouse operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required
  • Experience using AI-powered business tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful execution.
  • Track project milestones and manage project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across business processes and project execution.
  • Promote project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and project outcomes.
  • Assist in developing project management tools, templates, and reporting processes.
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate productive discussions among project team members.
  • Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure clear communication of project goals, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns proactively.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between internal departments, external vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability across project teams.
  • Support change management efforts associated with project implementation and adoption.
