About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple small- to medium-sized projects across infrastructure, technology, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong project management skills who can independently drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple small- to medium-sized projects concurrently.
• Strong experience with IT infrastructure and technology projects.
• Experience with Waterfall project management and exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive execution.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

• Retail and/or supply chain experience strongly preferred.
• Supply chain, logistics, distribution, retail operations, or related technology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, business, operations, and vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and communicate project status.
• Identify and resolve roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear communication to leadership.
• Drive projects using Waterfall methodologies, with Agile development cycles where applicable.
• Ensure projects meet business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
