The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading a variety of projects across Supply Chain to improve cost, efficiency, quality, and technology. The Sr. Project Manager will work across all organizations within the business. Projects include, among others, cost savings initiatives, value add / value engineering, equipment selection/procurement, continuous improvement initiatives, process efficiency, and process transfer. The Sr. Project Manager will support the business by working on cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives such as routine management organizational support, equipment/process improvement, supplier dual sourcing, and operational efficiencies. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing projects using project management methodologies and tools. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for working with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to develop project plans and execute supply chain projects to improve cost, quality, technology, and continuity. The project manager will be responsible for creating and managing project timelines. The Sr. Project Manager will provide front-line coaching and mentoring to other employees, including on systems, processes, and project support. The individual will seek improvement opportunities for the team by identifying areas of training, project and workload management and other areas as identified by management. The Sr. Project Manager will be expected to assist with other non-routine matters as needed. This is a fully remote role with the requirement of living within the United States. This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or H1B Transfer. This remote role has the expectation of up to 40% travel both domestic and international.
