Manages Self-Perform Work (SPW) construction project individuals to deliver high-quality results and foster professional growth. Oversees the successful delivery of SPW construction projects by providing advanced expertise in self-perform construction activities, to ensure successful project execution in alignment with standards and methodologies. Manages and aligns SPW workers, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure project requirements, schedules, and quality standards are consistently achieved. Ensures efficient project execution by actively managing SPW team productivity, monitoring progress, analyzing project performance, identifying and resolving both routine and complex issues, and managing project budgets, forecasts, contracts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets and mitigate risks.
