About The Position
Chicago area firm has a long-term opportunity for ownership and partnership for a Senior Project Engineer!
Requirements
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of Municipal Civil Engineering experience
- Transportation and infrastructure experience
- PE License (preferred)
- IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification
- Working knowledge of Civil3D and Microsoft Office
- Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- PE License (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Oversee municipal infrastructure projects from start to finish
- Duties including pre-project planning, preparation of construction plans/specifications, construction layout, and resident engineering
- Communicate with municipal/government representatives and agencies
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
