This role combines people leadership, process improvement, and production management to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance. This is not a desk-only management position. We're looking for a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems in real time, and helping teams achieve their full potential.
