About The Position

Requirements

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Prior Plastics Injection Molding experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and display an understanding of quality, safety, and process knowledge.
• Capable of working with team members as needed.
• Must be self-motivated.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machinery and packs parts to meet quality and production standards.
• Works with other operators to maintain and improve the working environment.
• Maintain documentation and paperwork to support production activities.
• Obtains training from Supervisor, Set-up personnel and Technicians to enhance knowledge and experience in all aspects of the operation.
• Works with the Quality department personnel to ensure understanding and maintain current quality standards.
• Responsible for the housekeeping and safety of their work areas.
• Flexible and able to work in all areas assigned to meet customer requirements.
• Ability to visually inspect product for common defects and pack parts per operator instructions.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Adheres to the Quality Policy and Core Values of the organization.
