Requirements

  • Bachelors & Masters or Doctorate Degree from a Physical Therapy institution accredited by the APTA.
  • Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for same.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Exceptional time management skills in performing all assigned tasks.
  • Sound judgment in clinical decision making.
  • Strong leadership, initiative and ability to assume responsibility.
  • Proficiency in all PT skills; demonstrates one or more areas of well-developed clinical expertise that is used regularly in assigned area; demonstrates current continuing education in specialty area.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum one year experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

  • Under the general guidance of the Rehab Director, administers patient evaluations, plans and implements patient treatment proficiently for all assigned patient diagnoses.
  • Responsible for treating any pediatric patient with CCS insurance, or supervising any therapist treating such a patient.
