About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist, Clinic Manager in Sylacauga to work with Coosa Valley Medical Center. The role involves leading a team, ensuring patient care follows established guidelines, overseeing patient care and billing, maintaining a positive clinic environment, and coaching staff for quality and productivity. Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Management experience preferred
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
Responsibilities
- Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
- Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
- To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
- Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
- Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
- Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
